Excellent Customer Service! I won't mention names because I wouldn't want to leave anyone out and cause hurt feelings. I've only had the very best of service there and it's been a few times above and beyond their job description. They always give me a "courtesy" reminder call when my rent is due and are always pleasant to speak with. Anytime I've had to request a service call they've been right on top of it and are always offering to assist in any way. During a very difficult apartment move in July 2010, my husband and I were blessed to discover a Mini Price Storage location nearby. Needing the "best deal" possible, there was an excellent 6-month special on a space in a very clean, climate-controlled building that has flatbeds. Not only did MP provide a high-quality lock, but we were allowed one-time use of a moving van with ramp and hand truck. In addition, the young women in the office were kind, accommodating and very competent. All in all, MP lives up to its claim of "maximum value for minimum price".
