What I love about the Mini Price Self Storage is they are very polite once you enter the building. They assist you with whatever you may need. For example, they have a personal moving truck to help you assist with moving your furniture. Since I been with the company I have had no complaints. The storage area is always kept clean. I won't mention names because I wouldn't want to leave anyone out and cause hurt feelings. I've only had the very best of service there and it's been a few times above and beyond their job description. They always give me a "courtesy" reminder call when my rent is due and are always pleasant to speak with. Any time I've had to request a service call they've been right on top of it and are always offering to assist in any way. The girls there are very sweet and personable and I enjoy my trips into the office. I might add so does my 6 year old grandson who manages to sweet talk the girls into an extra cookie for his 3 1/2 year old brother. I appreciate their kindness and support their positions there.
